The following terms and conditions are only applicable for products purchased directly from our official website. Products purchased through any other channels, including second-hand purchases (even if the product is new) are not subject to this policy. If this product was purchased from a third-party seller, please refer to the seller's related policy for that product.

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

- “Products” refers to the items offered for sale on Simtek’s official website.
- “Orders” means a request by You to purchase Products from Us.
- “You” means the individual accessing or using the service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the service, as applicable.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel a recently placed Order anytime before it is shipped, and you will be fully refunded shortly.
Return Policy
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. The deadline for requesting a return is 14 days from the date on which You received the Products or on which a third party You have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.
Conditions for Returns
A valid proof of purchase and related Serial Number are required to complete the return process. In order for the Products to be eligible for a return, please ensure that:
- The Products were delivered in the last 14 days, based on our tracking records.
- The Products, along with accessories and any promotional items that may have been included, are in the original condition and packaging.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in Our sole discretion.
Returning Products
Before initiating a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain details about return fees and estimated processing times. Once confirmed, FedEx will pick up the product from your doorstep within 5-10 business days.
Please follow our return instructions. You are responsible for ensuring that the Products are returned to the correct location in good condition. We are not responsible for any items that are lost or damaged while in transit or rejected because it was sent to the wrong address.
For high value items, we recommend that You purchase shipping insurance to protect against loss or damage. Damaged or missing items will result in additional deductions from your refund. You are responsible for filing any insurance claims with the carriers.
Refund Policy
Your refund will be processed once We receive and inspect your return. Please allow Us up to 7 business days to complete inspection. For approved return and refund requests, We will initiate the refund based on the actual amount You paid and the results of our inspection. Upon completion, You will receive an email notification of your refund request and a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5 business days. Please note that the refund time may vary depending on the payment method and is subject to the processing time of your bank or payment processor.
Gifts
If the Products were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, You'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to You.
If the Products weren't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the Order shipped to themselves to give it to You later, We will send the refund to the gift giver.
