A preorder puts you on the waiting list to get the item when it becomes available. The estimated shipping time for the Simtek VR Hoverboard is about 30 days after preorder, subject to change. Simtek has stock in the contiguous United States and ships from local distribution centers. All orders typically ship out within 2 business days of ordering (preorders not included). Actual delivery time takes 6-7 business days based on your location. However, please note that the delivery time may vary due to various factors, such as holidays, unexpected events and sales promotion campaigns. Once your package is shipped, we will Email you a Shipment Notification that includes the shipping information and tracking number. You can use the tracking number to track your shipment on the courier service provider's website.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. A valid proof of purchase and related Serial Number are required to complete the return process. To request a return or refund, please ensure that the product is unused and returned in its original condition and packaging, along with any promotional items that may have been included. Damaged items or missing parts will also incur additional deductions.

Your refund will be processed once We receive and inspect your return. Please allow Us up to 7 business days to complete inspection. For approved return and refund requests, We will initiate the refund based on the actual amount You paid and the results of our inspection. Upon completion, You will receive an email notification of your refund request and a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5 business days. Please note that the refund time may vary depending on the payment method and is subject to the processing time of your bank or payment processor.

Simtek VR Hoverboard comes with a 12 months warranty for main components and 6 months warranty for the accessories from the date of invoice. For more information, please refer to Simtek’s Limited Warranty Statement.
